Tzu-Ying Huang is a PhD student supervised by Prof. Yuancheng Gung at Geophysics Laboratory at Department of Geosciences of National Taiwan University in Taipei, Taiwan. She is working on surface wave tomography and crustal anisotropy. The principal aim of her project was to provide another independent constraint on current velocity models derived from body waves in Taiwan. Her poster in EGU2012 presented results of a preliminary work in Taiwan on the use of seismic ambient noises to understand the distribution of seismic anisotropy at different depths and the contribution of potential causes.
