The 2014 Outstanding Student Poster (OSP) Award is awarded to Stefano Nerozzi for the poster/PICO entitled:

Early geomorphological evolution of the North Polar Layered Deposits, Mars, from SHARAD radar-facies mapping (Nerozzi, S.; Holt, J. W.)

Stefano Nerozzi has recently finished his Master in Geology and Land Management at the University of Bologna, where he defended a thesis work on the internal stratigraphy and morphology of the North Polar Layered Deposits of Mars. The investigations and accomplishments of his study, explained in detail in the awarded poster, are the result of a 13-months-long work at the University of Texas at Austin during the 2012-2013 TASSEP exchange program.
He is now a PhD candidate at the University of Texas at Austin, where he continues his study of high-detail reconstruction of the evolution of the Martian polar ice caps in the context of recent climate change driven by orbital forcing.
