Postdoctoral Fellowship in Planetary Science
National Space Science Center (NSSC)
The National Space Science Center (NSSC) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is China’s gateway to space science. It is the key institute responsible for planning, developing, launching and operating China’s space science satellite missions. It also spearheads space science research in the fields of planetary science, space physics, space environment, microwave remote sensing, space engineering technology, etc.
Two postdoctoral fellowship positions are available in the planetary science research group at the National Space Science Center in Beijing China. We seek candidates who are intereted in studying the geology, morphology, and mineralogy of Mars and the Moon using remote sensing data sets. Successulf candiates will also have opportunities to be involved in China’s Chang’E mission and Mars 2020 mission.
