The aim of the workshop is
• to introduce and discuss advanced / special methods of image acquisition, image processing and image analysis applicable to sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous rocks
• with an emphasis on naturally or experimentally deformed rocks
A working knowledge of image processing is required.
