 increase your skills in mentorship? Why don’t you and your mentoring par
 tner join the EGU Outreach Committee’s Mentoring Workshops!</p>\n\n	<p>E
 ach workshop will include a combination of presentations\, group discussio
 ns\, interactive activities and case studies. Due to the restricted number
  of participants\, attendance is for EGU members only\, and only open to E
 GU23 Mentor-Mentee pairs. </p>\n\n	<p>The workshop series consists of thre
 e online sessions on 28 September\, and 12 and 19 October 2023\, 12:00 &#8
