DESCRIPTION:<p>Transgender and non-binary people are far more likely to hi
 de their identity in the workplace for fear of discrimination\, with detri
 mental impacts on mental health and well-being\, and\, as a consequence\, 
 affect their scientific performance. While not exhaustive\, this webinar w
 ill introduce elements of LGBTQIA+ terminology and etiquette\, and show by
  example how to use pronouns and actively contribute to a more welcoming w
 orkplace for everyone. In the future\, this webinar can be used as a guide
  on LGBTQIA+ terminology\, and could be used by those responsible for crea
 ting policy for a more inclusive work environment.</p><p>The webinar will 
 last for one hour\, including time for questions and answers.</p>
