Issue 5, July 2026

Dear Colleagues,

With summer in full swing, we hope you are enjoying the sunshine, having a productive fieldwork season, and taking good time to rest. On our end, we are starting to plan the activities of the EGU Ocean Sciences ECS Team for the next academic year, so if you have any suggestions, do not hesitate let us know! We would like to thank Dr. Paridhi Rustogi and Dr. Cheng-Shiuan Lee for their informative and inspiring talks at the 3rd Ocean Sciences Campfire last week. The Campfires will go on a break now and resume at the end of September. We look forward to seeing you again then!

Best wishes,
Arianna Olivelli (ECS Representative), Daisy Pickup (Newsletter lead) & the rest of the OS ECS Team
