EGU27 call for session proposals open

We invite the community to submit session proposals for the EGU General Assembly 27. Open from 20 July. See the call by Division President Laetitia Le Pourhiet here.

EGU Art-Science Working group is looking for new members!

EGU’s Art-Science Working Group is seeking two new volunteer members to help foster collaboration between artists and geoscientists. Applications are open  until 10 August 2026, with candidates from under-represented communities especially encouraged to apply.

Apply to EGU Policy Pairing Scheme!

Apply for EGU 2026 Science-Policy Pairing Scheme to spend a week alongside a Member of the European Parliament in Brussels, gaining first-hand experience of how scientific evidence informs EU policymaking. Applications are open to EGU members until 1 September 2026.

Join the Mission Earth Project!

ECS are invited to join the new education initiative funded by the EGU Special Activity Fund Mission Earth initiative, helping school students develop storytelling and science communication skills while inspiring action on local environmental challenges. Mission Earth ambassadors will receive training, support classroom activities, and help showcase student projects at the EGU General Assembly.
