Job description

We are inviting applications for a two-year full-time post-doctoral position on atmospheric inverse modeling of carbon dioxide and methane at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and University of Maryland (UMD) at College Park, USA. The successful candidate will work with scientists at NASA, NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), UMD and the University of Colorado at Boulder to develop and maintain methane and carbon dioxide inverse models that assimilate in situ, satellite and isotopic constraints to estimate surface emissions and sinks.
