Meetings
General Assembly
The EGU General Assembly is a prominent annual event that brings together geoscientists from all over the world into one meeting covering all disciplines of the Earth, planetary and space sciences. Especially for young scientists, it is the aim of the EGU to provide a forum where they can present their work and discuss their ideas with experts in all fields of geosciences.
For more information, please check the General Assembly section on this page, or the GA 2013 meeting website.
EGU Co-Sponsored Meetings
The EGU Meetings Programme is dedicated to the pursuit of progress in all areas of the Earth, planetary and space sciences through excellence in the organization and running of conference series, topical meetings, workshops, and training schools, for the benefit of all scientists and with special attention to the needs of young scientists. Occasionally, the EGU can sponsor external meetings, helping organisers to achieve financial stability, visibility, and/or access to a larger target community.
