A freely available educational comic book designed for primary school pupils introduces the origin of volcanoes, magma formation, and volcanic eruptions on Earth. The comic "When the Earth Melts – The Story of a Volcano" combines storytelling, illustrations, and simplified scientific explanations to make volcanology and geoscience accessible and engaging for younger audiences. The comic was developed as part of the outreach activities of the Institute of Geophysics of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
