One PhD studentship in peatland ecohydrological modeling
A fully-funded Ph.D. student is available at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, to study how human disturbances and climate change affect peatland hydrology.This student will develop an ecohydrological model, which is coupled with carbon cycling model, to study how human disturbances and climate change affect the ecohydrological processes in northern peatlands.
The starting date for these positions is May 2026, but an earlier starting date is also possible, upon discussion.
