Raffaele is a postdoctoral researcher focusing mainly on GIS methods and Geomatic techniques for water-related risk modeling and management.
As Union wide ECS representative, I’m planning to make more robust the role and responsibility of ECS within the EGU community by increasing the awareness on the potential of ECS members and by expanding their engagement and their contribution in an inclusive environment. In addition, I will work to grow and develop the ECS network among the divisions and beyond. I hope ECS can use their enthusiasm and creativity in shaping the future geoscientific community in an open and inspired way.
