SciComm 101: How to present at a scientific conference
What are the common obstacles people trip over when delivering a scientific talk? How should you design your conference poster to get the best feedback on your work?
This webinar will introduce some of the fundamental practices for delivering oral and poster presentations at scientific conferences. This will include an overview of the best practices for designing your presentation slides or poster, as well as tips for how to use your voice to deliver an engaging presentation.
This online training event is aimed at Early Career Scientists who want to develop their skills in oral and poster presentations at scientific conferences, but it is open to anyone interested in refining and refreshing their presentation skills.
The webinar will last for one hour and will conclude with an audience Q&A.
