Peter Wagener is a PhD student at the University of Calgary, Canada, supervised by Martyn P. Clark. In his PhD research, he focuses on understanding hydrological process behaviour and improving their abstraction into models across the North American continent. His work aims to advance predictions of water availability and watershed response. In the awarded study, he analysed differences in hydrological behaviour across diverse landscapes and explored their relationships with underlying drivers, contributing to a better understanding of regional hydrological processes.
