Why not register to take part in our free mentoring training session, organised by the EGU Outreach Committee, to be held on Wednesday 28 October.

Mentoring is one of the most powerful tools for career progression and confidence-building in any field, and the geosciences are no exception. In this interactive 60-minute session, participants will explore what mentoring really is, how it differs from other professional relationships, and why it matters for both mentors and mentees.

Whether you are a current mentor, considering becoming one, or simply curious about how to find the right guidance for your own career, this session will equip you with practical tools to build positive, effective mentoring relationships within EGU and beyond. You will leave with a personal Mentoring Action Plan and a clear sense of how to take the next step, whatever form your mentoring journey takes you. The session will be held online on Wednesday 28 October, at 09:30 CEST.
