Following our previous announcement about the change in dates for EGU22, which will now be held 23-27 May 2022* in a hybrid format both in Vienna and virtually, we are pleased to announce that registration for the meeting is now available! There are two types of registration, on-site registration and virtual registration, more information on the different costs here.*

On-site participation
Due to regulations connected to the Hygiene Plan, registration for on-site attendance at EGU22 will close 13.00 CET 14 April 2022. Early-bird rates will be available until 13.00 CET 31 March.

Virtual participation
Virtual registration is not subject to restrictions, and so is available until 27 May 2022 (the last day of the General Assembly). Early-bird rates will be available until 13.00 CET 31 March.

If you pay for a either an on-site registration or virtual registration, but later need to change, please contact accounting@copernicus.org (and include your invoice number) for further steps. They will then arrange everything regarding the difference in cost. You can only change your registration type until 13.00 CET 14 April, due to the fact that we need to officially report the number of on-site participants that we expect along with details of our Hygiene Plan.

We want to thank our community for joining us on this journey back to meeting together in person, and toward a fully hybrid format for the General Assembly. EDITORS NOTE: To show our support for Ukraine and in accordance with current European sanctions, EGU will not accept any payment of EGU22 registration fees from Russian or Belarusian institutions paid on behalf of researchers based at or affiliated with them.
