You should also be pre-registered to attend the EGU 2016 General Assembly in order to receive the grant. The grants are for a period of 12 months and are awarded in full in April/May 2016. After six months the winners are expected to submit an interim report on their projects, which will be evaluated by the EGU Outreach Committee.

Due to the restricted number of participants, attendance is for EGU members only, and only open to EGU23 Mentor-Mentee pairs. We, therefore, ask EGU23 Mentor-Mentee pairs to get in touch before submitting their applications and agree to their participation as a pair in these workshops. The workshop series consists of three online sessions in September-October 2023.

Her main research activities include hydraulic risk assessment, design flood estimation and use of remote sensing for hydrological and hydraulic applications. In January 2014 she received the PhD degree at University of Perugia: the title of the thesis is “Remote sensing for hydraulic applications in small-medium basins”. The awarded poster details some of the key outcomes from her PhD research.
