What’s on at EGU22: from networking to policy and beyond!
This year the EGU 2022 General Assembly offers hybrid events, which cover everything from scientific sessions and union symposia to short courses. In addtion, the assembly also provides oppertunities for attendees to find out how their science can make an impact in the policy world, to network with colleagues old and new, and even organise your own events.
In this webinar three organisers of the assembly discuss how best to engage with what’s on offer, how you can make an impact by meeting with science-policy experts, and discover what opportunities and support are on offer for Early Career Scientists (ECS). The webinar will feature three panellists who will each give a short presentation followed by questions from the audience.
Peter van der Beek – Programmes Committee Chair
Chloe Hill – EGU Policy Officer, convener of multiple Union Symposia, Short Courses, and networking sessions.r
Anita Di Chiara – Union-level ECS Representative (2021)
