How to apply

Submit your current CV via email to jobs@geophysics.online with the subject line “Search for Editor-in-Chief (EiC) and EB members of GEODESY”. Only state evidence of creativity and research originality and other forms of researcher merit. No unrelated information like jobs, grants, memberships, awards, or names of references (including such information in the application indicates disinterest).

The positions will remain open until filled. Applicants from underrepresented ethnic groups are encouraged to apply as that may give additional weight when deciding between equally qualified candidates. Only self-nominations are accepted (no nominations of colleagues).

EiC applicants: a brief vision statement no longer than one-half typical A4 page can be included (not required), outlining your viewpoints on innovation in peer review and the profile of the team of editors you plan to build.
