Job description

A Tenure-Track Junior Professor Chair (CPJ) in hydrogeology entitled “GIRE-CC: Integrated Water Resources Management in the face of Global Change” is open at Avignon University within the EMMAH Joint Research Unit (HYDRO team).

This position is intended for PhD holders with several years of postdoctoral experience and who either hold an accreditation to supervise research (HDR) or are likely to obtain it within four years. The proposed pre-tenure contract lasts 5 years, with the prospect of promotion to Full Professor at the end of this period.

The position comes with a budget of approximately €200,000 (e.g., PhD scholarship, postdoctoral position, operational costs, etc.).
