Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the above-mentioned analytical methods is essential. The successful candidate will have to teach in the broad domains of mineralogy and petrology at the BSc and MSc level, such as magmatic petrology, optical microscopy, and field courses. The candidate should be able to teach BSc courses in one of the two official languages of the University, French or German, and MSc courses in English. Preference will be given to candidates able and willing to teach in French at BSc level. Teaching experience at university level is expected.
