EGU HydroTalks: Li Li on big data in hydro-biogeochamical processes and women in hydrology
Welcome to HydroTalks, the new podcast series of the EGU Hydrological Sciences (HS) Division. Every month, we interview experts about the advancements, challenges, and opportunities in the field of hydrology.
In the fourth episode, we interviewed Prof. Li Li (Penn State), leader of the Li Reactive Water group at Penn State University, whose research sits at a unique intersection of hydrology, ecology, and biogeochemistry.
We talked about her research on using data and models for hydro-biogeochemical processes, river water quality, climate change, and research communication. In addition to her research, Li also shared with us her continuing efforts to promote women in hydrological sciences.
