Join the launch of TectoTalk, a new seminar-style series designed to showcase the current research within our community and promote discussion across the division. During each session, invited speakers will present their latest work and ideas in brief talks, followed by time for questions and constructive discussions.
This one hour event will explore topography, uplift, and deformation and how they interact each other across different spatial and temporal scales. To address this topic are two speakers:

The early career scientists team of the EGU's Tectonics and Structural Geology (TS) division.
Speakers:
Romain Jolivet (École Normale Supérieure, France) - Megathrust earthquakes and the building of forearc topography.
Claudio Faccenna (University Roma TR, Italy; GFZ Potsdam, Germany) - Building orogeny without collisions.
