The ERA talent platform is a one-stop interface for support and guidance for research careers in Europe, funded by the EU Commission. In this webinar, Slaven Misljencevic (Directorate-General for Research and Innovation - European Commission ) will present on how the platform can support researchers and guide the audience through the services it provides, including guidance on visa and research residence permits, career development support, and initiatives for refugee researchers. 

The webinar will last for hour one with time for questions. 

Speaker:

Slaven Misljencevic - Slaven currently serves as a Team Leader at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Research, where he coordinates the team on Research Careers, which is responsible for policies and projects related to initiatives such as EURAXESS, HR Excellence in Research, Research Management, ResearchComp, the ERA Policy Agenda Structural Policy on Research Careers, Freedom of Scientific Research, RESAVER, the Research and Innovation Careers Observatory, Science Comes to Town, EU TalentOn and EUCYS. Slaven's previous roles include Product Manager at AXA, where he led new employee benefit product development, and Business Manager at ADNEOM, managing engineering projects in green energy. He holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp and has also studied in China.
