Her contribution at EGU General Assembly 2022 focuses on a classic A-type granite, the Pikes Peak Batholith (Colorado, USA), demonstrating that fluids derived from the granitic melt crystallise below the traditionally accepted solidus (650-700°C; Luth et al., 1964; Piwinskii, 1968; Tuttle & Bowen, 1958) forming rims in quartz and plagioclase in the granite.
