New policy section on the EGU website 19 October 2015 The EGU has launched a new section on its website with a focus on science policy. This section includes an introduction to European policy-making landscape, highlights pathways available for scientists to get involved with supporting the policy-making process, and provides information and reading resources to learn more about policy organisation. Changes for EGU interactive journals: new library and payment concept 25 September 2015 From January 2016 onwards, most EGU journals will see changes to the way their papers are archived and paid for. The new concept emphasises that discussion papers are manuscripts under review and connects final revised papers with their corresponding discussion papers in a more clear and consistent way. Dealing with plagiarism at Climate of the Past 24 September 2015 Recently, Climate of the Past (CP) faced an unacceptable case of plagiarism, with a paper published in another open access journal copying figures, captions and large sections of the text from a paper originally published in CP.
